Vetting: We thoroughly assess healthcare supporters through a structured process. After initial interviews, candidates who qualify undergo further vetting for Ksh 1000.
Deployment: We match vetted personnel to appropriate roles based on their qualifications, ensuring the right fit in every healthcare need in healthcare supporters.
Supervision: Every deployment is closely monitored to maintain top-tier standards, offering consistent support and performance evaluations. In this stage Candidates needing upskilling are directed to retraining programs, ensuring competency and relevance in their roles.
